Vice President of Sales (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
- Lead market development, manage and execute company’s sales processes and drive improvements to increase market share
- Provide strong leadership to existing sales teams and identify process improvements to deliver profitable growth
- Responsible for driving effective business processes to market segments to achieve organisation’s aggressive sales goals
- Plan and manage sales strategy and identify opportunities for business to develop current markets and penetrate into new markets
- Identify new channel development in areas in modern trade
- Drive and leverage on e-commerce strategy as a competitive edge
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel partner programs
- Manage all projects and prioritize them so as to ensure KPIs are delivered
Requirements:
- Degree in business or related field
- Proven sales experience in regional markets
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in building and growing new channels in the FMCG Industry
- Possesses strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities will be advantageous to the role
- Strong people management skills
- Target driven and results-focused individual
