Our client is an established MNC and A1 main con in the Infrastructure & Construction industry who is looking to hire a Tunnel E&M Manager for their LTA projects.

Responsibilities:

The Tunnel E&M Manager will:

• Manage all aspects in analysis and tunneling of E&M works and ensure timely completion and reporting
• Testing, commissioning, maintenance and operation of Plant and Equipment for tunneling including the TBM
• Manage and lead the M&E team, resources and logistics
• Review TBM design and ensure equipment compatibility
• Oversee TBM assembly and dismantling operations
• Coordinate between TBM manufacturer and contractors to ensure safety compliance of work plans
• Evaluate and review equipment and plant performance to reduce breakdown and downtime risk of tunneling operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing tunneling E&M works and TBM tunneling works & operations. Experienced with LTA projects will have added advantage
• Good human relation skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and with external customers and suppliers
• Problem solving mind-set
• Experience of successfully managing engineering/construction teams
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Capacity to handle pressure
