RPO Project Manager (1 year Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Design the requisition process and establish internal KPI metrics for the RPO to ensure that project milestones are met efficiently
  • Strategize and implement search strategy to ensure organization’s hiring needs are met
  • Partner with various business unit leaders to oversee the requisition process for the RPO and executive search firms
  • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the business units and the RPO
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from internal approval to offer and onboarding to ensure compliance with the organization’s hiring policy including ethics and independence checks
  • Actively communicate the RPO progress with the business unit leaders
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand the business’ hiring needs
  • Ensure appropriate sourcing channels are utilized by RPO and a relevant talent pool is provided
  • Proactively contributes to business reviews and agency briefings where appropriate

 

Requirements:

  • Minimally 8 years of proven experience in managing talent acquisition projects or recruitment process outsourcing
  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with diverse group of stakeholders
  • Possess an executive presence and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Meticulous, tenacious and able to work with minimal supervision
