Senior Sales Manager (Agri-solutions)

One of our top agriculture clients in Jakarta, Indonesia is looking for a competitive and passionate Senior Sales Manager to help meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets for Agri-solutions while motivating the team to do its best.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic business plans to successfully achieve growth and hit the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in Production Systems Business
  • Monitor team performance and daily activities in order to evaluate submit regular reports on team performance, sales outlook, and prospect management
  • Effectively develop, plan and execute strategies to drive business in the assigned domain and area

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Min 10 years of relevant work experience in Agri-solutions selling, those with fertilizer sales background is highly desirable
  • Competitive, resourceful and self-driven
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
