Senior IT Executive

Our client is an established investment firm who is looking to hire a competent and independent Senior IT Executive.

Responsibilities:

The Senior IT Executive will:

  • Independently support the IT needs and requirements for ASIA Pacific region
  • Respond timely and take ownership of all technology issues relating to IT applications and implement hardware and services including voice mobile and video conference solutions
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to all users in the organisation
  • Assist with administration tasks including submitting application and security requests, generating tickets via the IT Service Management platforms, updating department spreadsheets
  • Document and track status of client inquiries, coordinate appropriate and quality responses
  • Work with vendors and other systems support units to identify and resolve complex client/system problems including hardware and software
  • Assist business’ recovery testing to confirm availability of systems where outages occur
  • Evaluate effectiveness of new utilities and tools
  • Review all systems to ensure proper documentation and back-up procedures for knowledge management purpose

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Office 365 applications, Networking, Avaya IP Office phone systems, Apple iOS mobile technology, Cisco video conference solutions
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Ideally 5-7 years’ work experience
  • Customer focused and strong communicator
  • Able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of work
  • Driven and independent individual who has the rigour to solve all IT issues
