Sales & Business Development Consultant

Our client is in the education, training and consulting industry and is looking to build a team of Sales & Business Development Consultants.

Responsibilities:

The Sales & Business Development Consultant will:

  • Build strategic relationships with clients to support them in implementing on-site training, e-learning, custom implementation of training solutions
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Drive sales and develop effective relationships to upselling and cross-selling and grow client accounts
  • Develop proposals and provide supporting materials meeting deadlines
  • Conduct sales pitches and presentation to clients at C-level and Senior Leadership Teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in account management and development
  • Deep passion in consulting and Leadership and Management programs
  • Experience in executive pitching will be strongly preferred
