Sales & Account Manager

Our client is in the Education, Training and Consulting industry. They are looking to build a team of Sales & Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

The Sales & Account Manager will:

• Build strategic relationship with clients to support them in implementing on-site training, e-learning, custom implementation of training solutions
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Drive sales and develop effective relationships to upselling and cross-selling and grow client accounts
• Develop proposals and provide supporting materials meeting deadlines
• Conduct sales pitches and presentation to clients at C-level and Senior
• Capitalise on existing client network to introduce the training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in account management and development
• Deep passion in consulting and Leadership and Management programs
• Experience in executive pitching will be strongly preferred
