Regional HR Business Partner (Manager/Senior Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic partnership to business and functional stakeholders to the APAC region
- Develop human resources policies and processes to support APAC HR Strategy ensuring alignment with local regulations, market practices for specific APAC countries with the business needs
- Design supporting HR programs e.g. workforce planning and talent development and values alignment to enhance people engagement
- Manage all HR data and insights and produce regular corporate and government reporting
- Perform manpower resources planning, including headcount and budget scenario planning and labour cost modelling
- Develop, implement, and manage attractive compensation and benefits programs including incentive plans and stock plans
- Review payroll operations and compliance and monitor performance of outsource vendor for different APAC countries
- Ensure all aspects of HR operations are efficiently run including effectively managing employee relations in managing case issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration
- At least 5 years of HR relevant experience in fast-paced MNCs, ideally from manufacturing in Pharmaceutical, Life Science or Biotechnology industries
- Experience as a HR Generalist, be a T-shape HR staff strong in HRBP with a depth in Compensation & Benefits
- Solid understanding of local labour legislations for various APAC countries
- Possesses a head for numbers and proficient in Excel skills
- Enjoy interacting with Business Unit leaders to facilitate their HR needs and manage these stakeholders accordingly
- Ability to work in high-growth industry, with an attitude of rolling-up-sleeves to trail blaze like in a start-up environment
