Quantity Surveyor (Construction Site)

Our client is in the Construction Industry, who is looking to hire Quantity Surveyor for construction projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

The Quantity Surveyor will:

• Perform Quantity take-off
• Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates with Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent are welcome to apply
• Graduates from NUS or NTU are strongly preferred
• Able to work independently, highly motivated and is a good team player
• Work week: 5.5 days
