Project Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

The Project Finance Manager will:

  • Determine and implement the Projects budget allocation with other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for project commercial assessment and assist in related term sheet development.
  • Create robust business models and facilitate project selection through adequate risk analysis and economic modelling (Project NPV, ROI, IRR, and Cashflow).
  • Able to work effectively across teams to create co-funding proposals for company projects and prepare investor relations resources.
  • Liaise with development banks and other financial institutions to promote investment opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence for market evaluation and risk analysis for projects.
  • Coordinate negotiations with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance or any relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in Finance roles
  • Have experience working in the chemical, FCMG, and/or waste management industries
  • Experience in budget allocation and risk analysis
  • Familiar with investment institutions including development banks and private investors
  • Possess Finance and/or Accountancy certification e.g. CA, CPA
  • Effective leadership and working style that enables excellent multiple stakeholder management
