Product Manager ( Industrial Networking System Software )

Responsibilities:

• Drive industrial networking system software and HMI product strategy in the Asia region
• Provide local product support for all Industrial Networking System products: Industrial Ethernet Switches, Routers, Security Firewalls, Wireless and industrial connectors
• Conduct environment scans and perform competitor analysis and understand market trends
• Define market segmentation, target customers and product category
• Manage and implement product strategies to suit customer needs
• Oversee product life cycle from planning to execution including business case creation, product definition, pricing, delivery readiness, sales and service delivery training
• Deliver sales and marketing support for lead generation at trade fairs
• Train sales team on new product strategies and NPI
• Facilitate local manufacturing footprint projects and implement Go-to-market activities and product launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in InfoComm, Networking or Computer Science or related.
• Possess 7 – 10 years of experience in industrial software, Industrial Ethernet product areas
• Prior experience in Experience as Business Development/Sales/Pre-sales/Product Management in industrial automation or critical infrastructure is ideal
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills
• Able to collaborate and work effectively in a team
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin is important as the role needs to work closely with China operation counterparts
