Planning & Controlling, Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive efficient resource planning and utilisation by supporting forecast planning to manage demand.
• Manage rolling forecasts and ensure loading is consistent with plant capabilities.
• Drive investment projects by analysing demand trends and developing scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive capacity planning and test projects for different sites to achieve cost target and delivery KPIs.
• Assist in NPI management and new capacity set-up and optimisation ensuring global best practices are implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing planning.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams and facilitating discussions.
• Possess excellent problem solving skills and working under pressure.
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
