Land Surveyor

Our client is an established MNC in the Infrastructure & Construction industry. They are looking for a Land Surveyor who will be responsible for surveying, plotting and collecting data of the construction projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

The Land Surveyor will:

• Execute land surveys, measurement and calculations, and archive all surveying results
• Ensure the accuracy of all construction drawings in accordance to site condition
• Ensure survey equipment and tools are well-maintained and calibrated regularly
• Monitor and review the compliance of standards established from the land survey results

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Land Surveying/Geospatial Information & Technology
• Min. 5 year’s experience in infrastructure and LTA viaduct projects or relevant projects with similar complexity
• Good understanding of local cadastral (boundary) practices and land legislations
