IT Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and competent IT Manager who is able to plan, manage, prioritize and deliver innovative IT solutions and software applications for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

The IT Manager will:

  • Manage all projects and prioritize them so as to ensure KPIs are delivered with IT as a key enabler for transformation
  • Enable IT applications in the organization by diagnosing key business needs and mapping out IT business solutions
  • Review and monitor all procedures in place for tracking of assets to improve business accountability, efficiency and delivery
  • Lead and understand data insights from internal systems to help drive business performance
  • Ensure all stakeholders and internal needs are met within time frames and budgets set by Management.
  • Help other internal stakeholders meet their KPIs through IT involvement
  • Manage all IT-related crisis, stability issues and troubleshoot with team
  • Ensure compliance of PDPA in policies and process for handling personal data; to liaise with PDPC on data protection matters, if necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years in leadership position
  • Well-verse with Cyber Security
  • Strong people management skills
  • Target driven and results-focused individual
  • Highly analytical, strategic, collaborative and solution-oriented leader
  • Proficient in .Net , VB, MS SQL, IIS, Windows Server, VMware
