Human Resource Director

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR strategic advice to key stakeholders
• Partner with business leaders to Identify areas of opportunity and competitive advantages when analysing business and financial performance metrics in order to design organisation, processes for performance
• Advice leadership on employment laws and its risks, future workplace trends, HR trends and its implication to business and negotiate a balanced solution for business and people
• Define key HR strategies in terms of policies, processes and initiatives to meet business goals and obtaining buy-in for HR changes
• Collaborate with Business Unit Partners in the formulation, pitching and execution of HR strategies in relation to employee life cycle from talent attraction to talent retention programs
• Drive the planning and execution of employee relationship building activities and create visibility of HRBP in the function to develop a collaborative, people-centred culture
• Drive Employee engagement programs to enhance employee experience
• Proactively leverage on HR Analytics on employee perception and sentiment data from various internal ( Employee Surveys, Focus Groups ) and external sources (social sites) to validate and facilitate action plans to identify improvement solutions
• Conduct continuous reviews on intervention outcomes and develop insights and reports

Requirements:

• Degree in HR or related field with at least 15 proven work experience in HR business partnering
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and people management skills
• Proven leadership skills in leading a team
• Analytical and goal oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compelling experience in driving people engagement, people retention strategies in driving organisation for the future of work will be ideal
• Strong industry domain understanding of the dynamic Financial Industry or Technology industry will be critical to the role
• Acute understanding of industry context and local labour legislation
