HR Business Partner
Responsibilities
- Support the full spectrum of the HR function
- Review, design, implement, HR policies and procedures
- Lead HR operations
- Partner Business Unit Managers to facilitate various employee programs to achieve annual business plans
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders by advising on HR domains – recruitment, business continuity, recognition, compensation and rewards, performance management, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, etc
- Ensure organization is in compliance with employment laws and governmental requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a Singapore HR practitioner
- Strong HR knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to be hands-on is very critical to the role
- Strong communication ability
- Advocate and be the voice of employees
- Proven ability to lead and present progressive HR strategies and plans
- Strong stakeholder skills to manage and facilitate senior management discussions
- High integrity, reliable and able to adapt will be great advantage
