Head of Operation Excellence (Jakarta)
Our MNC client is looking for a capable Head of Operation Excellence to lead the Deployment and Transition team to drive process optimization, service standardization and grow accounts.
Responsibilities:
The Head of Operation Excellence will:
- Provide technical and management direction for all facility management services to reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction
- Set annual account performance KPIs, meet and maintain margins
- Ensure Operations team effectively supports Sales Team
- Translate existing contract strategy into account strategy by understanding client requirements to provide clients with relevant value-adding proposals and promote growth opportunities
- Develop account strategy, manage account pipeline and sales growth through upselling and cross selling
- Establish and maintain good client relationship during the Transition/Deployment process
- Responsible for reporting performance to clients, handling client’s enquiries, dialogues, requests and lead issue resolution and escalation when required
- Discuss with all departments to share ideas and proposals to identify best practices
- Ensure quality and timeliness of service delivery with all agreed deliverables met
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate or equivalent
- 12 – 15 years of experience in running operations in facility management of which 5 years must be at leadership level
- Experience in being accountable for sales and driving margins
- Experience in contract management – pricing, SLAs
- Willing to bring the Transition and Deployment teams to new heights by driving high standards to exceed customer satisfaction
