Head of Information Technology

We are seeking a highly driven and competent Head of IT who is able to plan, manage, prioritize and deliver digital transformation projects, and software applications for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

The Head of IT will :

  • Be experienced in digital transformation by envisioning, strategizing, and mapping the IT strategy
  • Manage all projects and prioritize them so as to ensure KPIs are delivered with IT as a key enabler for transformation
  • Be a key player to help business, diagnose key business and transformation needs to digitalize business processes
  • Review and monitor all procedures in place for tracking of assets to improve business accountability, efficiency, and delivery
  • Lead and understand data insights from internal systems to help drive business performance
  • Ensure all stakeholders and internal needs are met within time frames and budgets set by Management.
  • Manage all IT-related crisis, stability issues and troubleshoot with team
  • Ensure compliance of PDPA in policies and process for handling personal data; to liaise with PDPC on data protection matters, if necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a leadership position
  • Proven digital transformation experience in a B2C environment will be ideal
  • Well-versed with Cyber Security
  • Strong people management skills
  • Target driven and results-focused individual
  • Highly analytical, strategic, collaborative, and solution-oriented leader
  • Proficient in .Net , VB, MS SQL, IIS, Windows Server, VMware
