Enterprise Account Manager (Channel Sales)

Our client is a leading IT Solutions Provider and is looking for a capable Account Manager to join their team. This role is the main interface between the company and our partner/channels community and is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle with business partners to achieve maximum returns and partner satisfaction.


The Enterprise Account Manager (Channel Sales) will:

  • Develop and execute effective sales prospecting/lead generation plans to achieve business objectives within the channel partner community
  • Identify and develop new sales and service opportunities
  • Ensure timely processing of sales quotations and progression of deals through the sales cycle to a successful closure
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure satisfactory customer experiences for channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders among the partner community
  • Manage partner’s upcoming renewals and resolve their issues
  • Gain solid technical knowledge of the product portfolios to support the sales team in developing solutions for customers
  • Ensure that the CRM system is current to provide the management team with accurate data for business planning and monthly forecasting
  • Capture and maintain all relevant data needed to sell and renew maintenance
  • Achieve and maintain sales certification for relevant product groups


  • Minimum Degree or Diploma
  • At least 5 years of experience selling IT solutions through channel partners required.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Independent and able to engage with all levels within an organization
  • Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and technical competency
