Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager/Manager


  • Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients, including listed and non-listed companies
  • Provide professional advice to clients on all corporate secretarial matters
  • Lead a team to ensure efficient and quality client services
  • Attend committee/board meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance



  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms, or public listed companies
  • Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Graduate of ICSA
  • Well-versed in Singapore Companies Act
  • Proven experience in leading a team
  • Result-oriented individual with strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification would be ideal
