Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients from listed, public and private companies
  • Ensure efficient and quality client services
  • Provide professional corporate secretarial advisory service to clients
  • Attend committee/board meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in corporate secretariats

 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms, or public listed companies
  • Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Graduate of ICSA
  • Well-versed in Singapore Companies Act
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Open to candidates from non-professional services background
