Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients from listed, public and private companies
- Ensure efficient and quality client services
- Provide professional corporate secretarial advisory service to clients
- Attend committee/board meetings and record meeting minutes
- Ensure regulatory compliance in corporate secretariats
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms, or public listed companies
- Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Graduate of ICSA
- Well-versed in Singapore Companies Act
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Open to candidates from non-professional services background
