Corporate Planning Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage financial targets as well as analyse financial performance, and develop strategic tactics
• Support in the design and execution of strategic plans (annual and mid-term), in line with business strategy to ensure consistent high levels of growth and profitability
• Provide advisory and guidance to the sales teams by developing specific strategic plans or countermeasures for sales teams in respective countries, i.e category expansion, new business and channel development
• Spearhead data governance that is in line with headquarters
• Organise and facilitate strategic events such as budget meetings, financial year kick off meetings, etc

Requirements:

• Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in financial management, business economics or other relevant area
• 4-5 years of experience in corporate planning
• Knowledge of technology and Mobile Apps in healthcare industry domain
• Strong results-orientation disposition with quantitative reasoning abilities
• Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
