Compensation & Benefits Manager (APAC)

This is a Leadership role managing APAC region and leading a dynamic team.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Lead Compensation & Benefits domain including annual salary, salary structure, promotion and performance bonus review cycle
  • Drive compensation and benchmarking studies across APAC markets and make recommendations to total rewards programs
  • Drive Benefits review across APAC and explore the various programs suitable to operating markets and develop accompanying HR policy changes
  • Review HR policies to ensure that they are in compliance with regulations and market competitiveness
  • Implement expatriates’ compensation and benefits package guidelines
  • Drive Mobility Programs and ensuring equity in total rewards
  • Advise HRBPs on compensation and benefits matters especially on strategic hires
  • Oversee vendors management on various C&B operations
  • Lead and oversee yearly HR Budget plan
  • Drive compliance and lead all C & B internal and external audits


  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Possess at least 10 years of experience and ideally in the Financial or Technology Space
  • Possess strong compensation and benefits philosophy, principles and policies in the Asia Pacific Region
  • Ability to manage a team and lead the C & B APAC team
  • Analytical, numerical and logical individual that is able to problem solve by breaking down complex issues into smaller, manageable sub-systems
  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Strong persuasive skills to influence stakeholders
