Accounting and Finance Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage the general accounting functions and ensure the financial reports complied with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards

– Familiarity with shared service centre model would be a good advantage

– Provide solutions to company needs / processes in line with internal control requirements

– Manage relations with external stakeholders and financial community and provide leadership to accounting team

– Management accounting function

– Drive revenue, processes, automation to help entities improve efficiency

Requirements:

– Possess minimally 10 years audit and tax experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG industry

– Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (CPA, IFRS)

– Excellent technical skills & knowledge of accounting (statutory, tax and IFRS)

– Experience in leading a team of accountants

– Able to understand both local and global context from a statutory reporting perspective
