Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Responsibilities:
- Leverage on Salesforce data to support management to make informed and data-driven decisions
- Provide day to day Salesforce system admin support for user requests or issues, as well as admin work to further develop and scale the system through minor improvements
- Ensure data integrity, security and conduct system audits including maintenance, reports and dashboards administration.
- Act as a point of contact for Salesforce internal users
- Conduct end-user training for the new services and features launched through the salesforce platform
- Work with the management team for regional bidding opportunities using Salesforce to deliver RFP’s and proposal for contract renewals
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated to learn and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
