Senior Manager, Human Capital (Hong Kong)

The Senior Manager, Human Capital provides strategic leadership and direction for the HR function. Formulate human capital strategies aligned with the company’s business growth plans and group objectives, to drive talent acquisition, talent development and employee engagement, to promote a harmonious and cooperative industrial relations climate in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and framework for Employee Relations and Engagement, with the objective of creating and sustaining a conducive working environment, guided by labour legislations.
  • Direct the design and implementation of total reward strategy, policies and programmes, to support the overall business strategy.
  • Plan, design, implement and evaluate the Training and Development programmes and processes, with the objective of supporting the delivery of growth plan through workforce up skilling and training.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Strategies and policies and drive internal and external recruiting efforts with the objective to best fulfil the immediate and long-term staffing needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of overall HR strategic plan, policies and roadmap on succession planning, leadership development, optimising organisational structure, talent management and talent acquisition to best align and support business growth plans
  • Provide leadership, coach and mentorship to the HR team and HR business partners and develop HR capabilities and competencies.
  • Act as liaison to external parties such as the government sector related to HR and Industrial Relations.
  • Advise and Influence stakeholders on HR matters to better meet strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR management or related disciplines
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions and practices.
  • Competent in influencing and persuasion to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
