Manager / Snr Manager (Commercial Sales & Leasing)

Do you have a proven track record in sales and leasing of commercial (office) properties?

Our client a dominant real estate owner, developer and operator is searching for:


  • Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximum the sales volume and leasing activities of a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Establish & maintain relationships with key influencers / decision makers in the office leasing network, including middle and large corporations.
  • Identify and build up network of potential buyers of office space, with a view to achieve targets for the sale of strata-titled office units.
  • Identify and negotiate with potential tenants on new leases and follow through with all documentation to complete the lease transaction.
  • Maintain good relationship with existing tenants and handle all lease renewals.
  • Execute marketing and communication activities for (a) tenant relationship management and (b) to build up network of potential tenants.
  • Meet or exceed the targets set for the portfolio of properties responsible for
  • Assist in budgeting activities.


  • Degree in Real Estate/ Building Management / Marketing or related discipline with at least 8 years’ experience in office sales and leasing.
  • Possess a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) or in the midst of pursuing certification.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation for office sales and
  • Proven track record in office sales and leasing.
