HR Manager (12 Months Contract)

We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Manager to join our MNC client in the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategise and implement strategies in accordance to the business strategy
  • Communicate with the employees and management regularly to establish trust by addressing their demans, grievances or any other issues that might arise
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Develop and further improve the overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the corporation
  • Ensure legal compliance in daily and on-going operations throughout human resource management

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields
  • Proven working experience as an HR Generalist
  • Great with people, listening to the employees, negotiation skills
  • A people person, abilty to pick out underlying problems in any sitation – able to think on your feet.
