Customer Service Specialist

While working as one of our client’s Customer Service Specialists, you will be required to provide superior customer service to all the members by fulfilling their orders on time and accurately. You will also be involved in addressing problems professionally while building an excellent rapport with members and co-workers.


  • Efficiently handle member enquiries and orders via phone, e-mail or in person (retail)
  • Handle work in the office and the retail as and when required
  • Empathetically and professionally deal with all queries, problems or complaints that might arise keeping the organisation’s interests in mind
  • Process all incoming orders, new accounts, distributor changes and assist other members with account management
  • Keep up to date with all the information in relation to past, existing and upcoming products in order to provide necessary details to members with products, business and relevant Company information
  • Efficiently log all member calls and report any trends noticed to the management based on historical usage of the client
  • Proactively pre-empt member needs and encourage additional and relevant sales to the clients along with informing them of any product promotions, company events and special occasions
  • Provide administrative services as and when required


  • Posses a diploma in any discipline
  • Ability to mult-task
  • Ablility to commit to shifts (8:45am – 6pm, 9:45am – 7pm and 10:45am – 8pm)
  • Customer-oriented team player
  • A people person with a positive outlook and attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English language due to the clientele
