Client Support Executive

Our client is looking for a Client Support Executive to join their Member Services Department to manage relationships with the client’s Top Tier members. The incumbent will be tasked to ensure that the client’s distributors and customer are provided with exceptional service with any problems adressed.


  • Primarly responsible in ensuring that the client’s VIP members are happy with the service provided
  • Work with premium members via phone, e-mail or in person in order to professionally take orders and enrolments
  • Utilise empathy and problem solving skills in order to address any compaints and conerns to solve any that might arise concurrently working on improving the process system
  • Log customer calls efficiently to provide clear and fast report trens to the management
  • Showcase self-motivated and self-starter traits by keeping up to date with ongoing trends and information
  • Be proactive in understanding customer needs based on historical behaviour of the clients and encourage additional sales while ensuring time communication of ongoing product promotions, company events and special occasions
  • Be a team player and extend helpful support to other teams whenever needed


  • Possess a Degree in any field
  • Able to multitask
  • At least 2 years of full-time Customer Service experience, with experience in difficult resolutions or VIP customer service
  • Willingness to learn, good initiative and communications skill
  • Good E-Mail communication skills
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English due to the clientele
